  • During a discovery call, we outline all project details, including deliverables, deadlines, and budget. This ensures that both the client and I are on the same page from the start. Additionally, the call provides me with the opportunity to ask pertinent questions, allowing me to gain a deeper understanding of the project's intricacies.

  • Following agreement in the discovery call, I promptly send the contract along with a 50% deposit invoice to the client. Work commences upon the signing of the contract and receipt of the deposit.

  • One of the project's key components is the moodboard, which serves as a visual representation of the brand direction. It offers the client insight into the design style we're pursuing. I typically present two different moodboards to ensure alignment with the client's vision.

  • Once we've reached an agreement on the brand direction, I proceed to design the logo and develop the entire visual identity. During the presentation to the client, I meticulously explain the significance and thought process behind each designed asset. This ensures that the client can provide informed feedback, allowing us to refine the design to perfectly align with their vision.

  • Upon receiving feedback on the brand identity presentation, I carefully consider, if existant, any requested revisions from the client. I then incorporate these revisions and present a final version to ensure perfect alignment with the client's vision.

  • Once the project is signed off, I promptly send the final invoice. Upon receipt of payment, I compile all brand files into an organized folder and include comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure the client utilizes their logo correctly. Additionally, I make it a point to check in with the client sometime after the brand's launch to ensure everything is running smoothly.

  • It's essential to deeply probe every aspect of the brief, competition, target audience, and challenges. This thorough exploration provides a clear perspective and sparks creativity during the design project brainstorming phase.

  • Mapping out key brand words is crucial for truly understanding the brand's objectives and fueling creativity during the sketching phase.

  • The outcomes of research and brainstorming, mood boards serve as excellent guides for shaping logo inspiration and directing the sketching process.

  • Now comes the fun part! With all the groundwork laid out, my mind is buzzing with ideas. I'll let my pencil flow freely and bring forth fantastic concepts.

  • Once I've generated some truly exceptional concepts, I carefully handpick the finest ones. I then transfer them to the software for refinement and enhancement. Finally, I select a single, standout concept to serve as the foundation for the visual identity.

  • If I receive any requested revisions from the client, I meticulously refine the design even further. Once it's approved, I prepare and send all the finalized brand files and comprehensive brand guidelines.
